Growing up in Colorado, Walter has always been surrounded by inspiring and meaningful landscapes. He finds inspiration in the value that people put into landscapes big or small, and how they become a part of their life and identity. After getting his bachelor’s degree at Colorado State University in landscape architecture he lived in the San Francisco Bay area for 2 years where he worked on commercial and public design.
