Centennial Village Master Plan | Greeley, CO
OVERVIEW
Centennial Village in Greeley, CO is a living museum, a stroll through Colorado history. Historic homes, trade shops, and civic buildings are showcased and include some of the oldest structures on the Front Range. With extensive programming and events, a need existed to enhance and upgrade gathering spaces and operational systems at the Village, originally opened in 1976. The Master Plan was developed to guide future improvements and outline budget needs. Our team, with Hines Inc, was also tasked with the full design of a new irrigation system for the densely vegetated and heavily developed site.
