Highland Lake Master Plan | Mead, CO
OVERVIEW
A historic lakeside recreation area in Mead, CO needed an update. With mature trees and stunning views, this small half-acre site was underused. Our team worked with the local community and staff to program and plan the site. We were challenged to design for water-based recreation given limited lake access, with only surface permitted, and account for potential inundation of the site during highwater years.
